Monthly subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

If you convert from a free trial to a paid subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the date of your first payment, not from the start of your free trial.
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades during an active billing period.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your Pronto Email account may be immediately suspended.
