We stand behind our service with a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not completely satisfied with Pronto Email within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

  • Refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of initial purchase
  • Account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service

3. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you're eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee. After 30 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of your annual billing cycle, with no refund for the unused portion.

Note: The refund will appear on your statement as coming from "Pronto Email" or our payment processor. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Special Circumstances

Educational and Institutional Accounts

For accounts provided through educational institutions or organizations, refunds are typically handled according to the institution's policies. Please contact your institution's IT or administrative department for refund requests.

Free Trial Conversions

If you convert from a free trial to a paid subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the date of your first payment, not from the start of your free trial.

Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades during an active billing period.

7. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your Pronto Email account may be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to challenge unjustified chargebacks and may terminate your account if chargebacks become excessive.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
